Camberwell Beauty

Resting peacefully in the woodlands of Britain this Camberwell Beauty flutters above the woodland floor, before relaxing upon a throng of fern.
Displayed in a small glass and gold, brass display box measuring 8.5cm X 6cm X 3.5cm.

Several techniques and mediums were used in the creation of this piece. The butterfly was embroidered and fabric painted and the background was embroidered and beaded.
